Doral Centre Animal Hospital is seeking a General Practice Associate Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) to join our growing, collaborative team in the vibrant Doral community—just minutes from Miami.

We are seeking a veterinarian who is:
- Passionate about client education, preventive care, and wellness medicine
- Excited to develop creative programs such as wellness plans, geriatric care, puppy packages, and therapy-integrated care
- Personable, collaborative, and team-oriented
- Comfortable seeing a mix of general practice and select urgent care cases, adding variety and professional challenge to your day
- A forward thinker eager to grow with a progressive practice
Requirements:
- DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school
- Florida veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
Your Role — and What Makes It Unique
This role goes beyond standard appointments. You will help shape how general practice medicine is delivered at our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and grow our GP services, including wellness, preventive, and geriatric care programs
- See a varied caseload, including wellness visits, sick patients, and some urgent care cases
- Collaborate with our Physical Therapist to integrate rehabilitation and therapy into GP care
- Serve as a leader in client education, developing handouts, care plans, and personalized recommendations
- Participate in shaping scheduling, workflow, and practice structure as the hospital grows
- Future opportunities to mentor and help hire additional DVMs, influencing hospital culture and clinical standards
