The Right Fit:
Ultimately, we are looking for a veterinarian who brings clinical skills, compassion, and kindness to the table, and who can communicate with clarity and care. We are more than prepared to mentor new graduates as they transition from being a student to being a veterinarian and tailoring these opportunities to individual interests. We prioritize creating a welcoming and supportive environment for a new graduate to confidently seek guidance and ask questions. Mentorship will look like clinical case discussions, constructive feedback on case management (current doctors performing daily review of cases), assisting new graduate during surgeries and complex cases, starting new graduates with more routine soft tissue surgeries and routine cases.
