About the Practice:
Sandy Paws Animal Care is a privately owned small animal practice located in Carlsbad, California. We are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care while fostering a positive, supportive environment for both our clients and staff.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Small Animal Veterinarian to join our team on a full-time basis, working 3–4 days per week. This position is well suited for veterinarians seeking a balanced schedule in a collaborative practice setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
Provide medical care to small animal patients, including wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment
Educate and communicate effectively with clients regarding patient care
Maintain thorough and accurate medical records
Practice high-quality, ethical veterinary medicine

Requirements

Qualifications:
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of California
Interest in small animal medicine
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care
