Oates Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian or Managing Veterinarian (MDVM) to join and support our well-established, community-centered practice in Kenton, Ohio. With a loyal client base, consistent caseload demand, and a dedicated support team, this role offers the opportunity to step into meaningful, relationship-driven medicine with the option to take on leadership responsibilities based on experience and interest.
This position is well-suited for a veterinarian who values clinical autonomy, collaboration, and long-term impact—whether through focused associate-level practice or medical leadership and practice development.
The Opportunity
Immediate access to a full, established caseload supported by a loyal client base
Opportunity to join as an Associate Veterinarian or step directly into an MDVM role
For MDVMs: the ability to influence medical standards, workflow, and team development

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
