Westford Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join our 24/7 emergency and referral hospital in Westford, MA. Since our founding in 2012, we've been a trusted provider of emergency and advanced veterinary medicine in the region. As an Emergency Veterinarian with us, you'll enjoy a three-day work week with a competitive base salary plus production earning potential, all while being part of a supportive team that celebrates success and focuses on delivering innovative medicine.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with various 8a-8p inpatient or receiving, 10a-10p and 12p-12a receiving, and rare overnights to support the schedule
• No on-call duties

Clinical Impact & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency and critical care medicine for companion animals, primarily dogs and cats, through thoughtful medical and surgical treatment
• Partner closely with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinical team and maintain strong communication with referring veterinarians
• Contribute to a culture of learning and clinical excellence by participating in continuing education, training, and professional development opportunities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $170,000$200,000 (based on experience)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent
• Internship trained or min 1 year ER experience (may consider new grad or less experience if the right fit)
• Ability to obtain veterinary licensure in Massachusetts
