Each doctor is supported by two assistants/RVTs during appointments and a two-tech surgery team (one RVT + one assistant) to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.

Who We’re Looking For
A veterinarian who is:
Genuinely invested in pets and their people
An excellent communicator
Excited about collaboration and a supportive team culture
Interested in exotics, pocket pets, rabbits, or reptiles (a plus, not a must!)
Open to orthopedics? Even better — but also not required!
If you love variety, enjoy mentorship or mentoring opportunities, and want to grow in a clinic where your interests are celebrated, this role is for you.
What We Offer
Minimum $120,000 base salary (DOE) + production incentives. Exp. Doctors could see close to $200k annually.
