South Carolina Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care (SCVSEC), a Thrive Healthcare Partner, is a fast-paced, growing 24-hour Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital, and we are looking for an upbeat, hardworking, detail-oriented Full Time Office Assistant to join our team!

What You’ll Do
As our Office Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting hospital leadership and ensuring our team and clients have what they need. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing administrative tasks, records, and documentation
• Assisting with accounts receivable and basic financial workflows
• Driving social media activities and building and maintaining our online presence
• Providing professional client service, including answering phones and making follow-up calls
• Coordinating supplies, including office, janitorial, uniforms, and staff badges
• Assisting with special events and special projects
• Helping troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues

Every day is different -and your contributions will directly support the high-level care we provide to pets and their families.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
• Positive, reliable, and team-focused
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Social Media Platforms and general computer troubleshooting
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone
• Eager to learn and ready to jump in wherever needed
Experience with veterinary software, social media tools, or event coordination is a plus-but not required for the right candidate.
