- Veterinary Technician - Dentistry
Description
The job: - Dentistry for common needs, keeping things simple without sacrificing quality. Veterinary Dental Arts is a dentistry-only practice, built for a more sustainable way for teams to practice medicine and serve our communities. We are offering high quality dental care with an attention to detail, focusing on common needs.
Your clinical skills are invaluable, but they're not the only art required. The human experience matters just as much as clinical expertise — for clients, and for the people doing the work. The dental only model gives a wonderful flow to the workday, reducing a bit of the stress that comes with being pulled in many directions at once. Drop-off's are casual, pickup's are streamlined. Much of the day is spent working with each other. There are no exam rooms, just a lobby to give some space for client interactions separate from our treatment area.
The model: - Work with us, not for us. We trust the people closest to the work to shape how it’s done rather than micromanaging. The technical staff is highly valued and trusted. We feel like most people in this field are insightful and intelligent as well as compassionate. Our business model was designed to provide people an opportunity for growth within the company as well compensation above your hourly wage. Ask us about compensation and growth!
Benefits:
Supporting people is the foundation of this business. Everyone has unique needs and we find ways to satisfy them. We are not big enough yet to provide an array of supplements. We start a health stipend immediately, & increased after the probation period.
We are taking pre-applications. The business will be open towards the end of August, 2026. There is opportunity to help organize and design workflows prior to opening.
