Veterinary Technician – Animal Cancer Care Clinic

Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians with oncology appointments, treatments, diagnostics, and procedures
Safely restrain patients and provide compassionate patient care
Administer medications, chemotherapy treatments, and supportive therapies under supervision
Monitor hospitalized patients and report changes in condition
Collect and run laboratory samples including bloodwork and cytology preparation
Prepare and maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies
Educate and support clients through treatment plans and follow-up care
Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with the medical team
Work collaboratively with doctors, technicians, assistants, and client service representatives

Requirements

Qualifications
Veterinary technician experience preferred, but motivated candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply
