Midtown Vets is looking for a Client Service Representative to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

About The Hospital
At Midtown Vets, we offer primary care and boarding for dogs and cats in the OKC Metro area, including the Midtown District, Mesta Park, Deep Deuce, and Gatewood. Our services include spays, neuters, mass removals, in-house bloodwork, dental care, vaccinations, radiology and ultrasound, urinalyses, oxygen chamber support, pharmacy services, and boarding.
With state-of-the-art equipment and a range of services from preventive and surgical care to advanced diagnostics and supportive treatments, we aim to provide high-quality care for your pet throughout every stage of life.
Your Experience & Skills
Previous customer service experience in a veterinary setting required
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of veterinary services, including vaccines, preventions, and prescription processes (or willingness to learn quickly)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
You’re Willing And Able To
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
Schedule appointments, provide accurate information, and triage calls appropriately
Greet clients and patients warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Maintain clear, compassionate, and effective communication with clients, veterinarians, and team members
Educate clients on basic veterinary topics, including vaccines, parasite prevention, and online pharmacy use
Accurately enter and update client and patient information in the practice management system
Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions
Assist with prescription requests and coordinate with the online pharmacy platform
Support workflow by relaying messages and ensuring timely follow-up with clients
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby and front desk area at all times
Monitor and restock retail products, including tracking food inventory counts
Ensure client-facing areas reflect clinic standards for cleanliness and professionalism
