Who We Are:
Prince Frederick Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital dedicated to providing exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care to the pets of Southern Maryland. As the largest veterinary hospital in Calvert County, our team of dedicated veterinarians and highly skilled support staff work together to deliver comprehensive care while fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both clients and team members.
Our modern 7,500-square-foot facility is equipped with advanced technology including digital radiography, digital dental radiography, a surgical laser scalpel, therapeutic laser, and an electrosurgical unit. We primarily care for dogs and cats, with opportunities to see pocket pets and exotics for veterinarians interested in those species.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our doctors regularly consult with one another on cases, share knowledge, and support each other's professional growth. We are proud of the positive culture we have built and the strong relationships among our doctors, technicians, and support staff. Each veterinarian is supported by two dedicated technicians, along with additional floating support staff, allowing our doctors to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
