Description
Associate Veterinarian – Lake Shore Animal Hospital Cleveland, OH
No weekends. No evenings. A schedule that respects your life. $25,000 Signing bonus
If you've spent time in corporate veterinary medicine, you already know what's missing. Rigid protocols. Production pressure. High turnover. A sense that the medicine comes second.
Lake Shore Animal Hospital is the alternative.
This is a privately owned, small-animal practice with deep roots in its community, a stable and experienced team, and an owner who is genuinely invested in your success. You'll practice the kind of medicine you went to school for — without someone else's metrics defining your day.
The Team
You'll work alongside Dr. Debbie Ting, an accomplished DVM who brings warmth, clinical excellence, and a collaborative approach to everything she does. The technical team is anchored by a registered veterinary technician with many years of experience, who is calm, skilled, and a great teacher. Veterinary assistants are team-focused and eager. Two receptionists manage the front desk at all times, keeping the flow smooth and protecting your focus.
The culture is communicative, supportive, and drama-free. Birthdays and milestones are celebrated. People stay.
