Associate Veterinarian – Small Animal | Fort Worth, TX | New Grads Welcome
$150,000 – $200,000+ DOE | 4-Day Workweek | No On-Call | Part-Time or Full-Time
A well-established Fort Worth clinic under new, independent ownership is looking for its next great veterinarian and they're building something worth being part of.
This is a well-established, full-service small animal clinic in Fort Worth, serving the local community for over 20 years and now under new, independent ownership. The owner is a hands-on veterinarian with 25+ years of clinical experience across general practice and emergency medicine, a genuine passion for mentorship, and a track record of building strong, loyal teams. If you're a new graduate looking for the kind of guidance that actually shapes your career, this is the role you've been waiting for. And if you're an experienced vet ready for a practice that feels like it's going somewhere, same answer.
This isn't a corporate clinic. Decisions here are made by a doctor, not a boardroom.
