Are you ready to lead, mentor, and shape the future of urgent care medicine? Davies Animal Medical Hospital is seeking a Lead Urgent Care Veterinarian to guide and grow our expanding GP/urgent care service within our privately owned, 9-doctor hospital.

Your Role as Lead Urgent Care Veterinarian:
- Lead and develop our urgent care service
- Mentor and support fellow veterinarians, support staff and students
- Manage and oversee urgent and same-day cases
- Help shape protocols, workflow, and clinical excellence
- Drive a culture of efficiency, compassion, and high-quality medicine

What We’re Looking For:
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) + eligible for California licensure
- Strong experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
- Passion for leadership, mentorship, and team development
- Confidence in handling a fast-paced, diverse caseload
- Commitment to high-quality medicine and client communication
Love of surgery, teaching and jumping in is a must!
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $180,000 – $225,000+ (DOE)
Production Bonus – Potential up to $300K+
Quarterly Mentor/ Lead Bonus
