Placerville Veterinary Clinic is in Placerville, California, located in the central foothills of Sierra Nevada between the City of Sacramento and South Lake Tahoe. We take pride in having a downtown area full of shopping, dining experiences, and local wineries. With so much to offer, there is an experience for everyone to enjoy!
Practice Overview
Placerville Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned practice, our mission is to provide the best quality of care for our patients. While we work hard to provide excellent care to our patients, we also take pride in caring for one another. At our practice, we promote flexible hours that allow our team to focus on their quality of life. In return, we believe our staff will be equipped to provide the best level of service for our patients and clients.
What You’ll Be Working On
Build and maintain client relationships and educate on treatment options for the animals
Provide education to clients and staff on recommendations and choices in care
Maintain a positive work environment
Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small animal cases
Guide, utilize and mentor exceptional support staff
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of California
New Graduates welcome.
Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for high-quality medicine and continuous
learning
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
What’s In It For You
Base salary starts at $120,000, with 22% production bonus after 120k threshold is met. Bonus paid out quarterly.
3 -5 Day Work Week (depending on your preferences) with no Emergency Calls or Weekends (9am-5pm or 8am-4pm), if you desired longer shift can work 8-5pm
Guaranteed 3% of Salary into 401k, and up to 5% depending on Business Performance after the first year.

Qualifications
