About the Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a veterinarian who finds deep satisfaction in growing the people around them.

As our Supervisory Veterinarian, you will be the clinical lead of the hospital — guiding standards, mentoring colleagues, and leading by example. Operational responsibilities are managed by our Hospital Director.

In this role, you will:

• Nurture Clinical Confidence Turn daily cases into shared learning experiences. Inspire both experienced vets and emerging clinicians to develop their confidence and skills.
• Champion Best Practice Be the steady, supportive voice that ensures evidence-based medicine thrives within a culture of safety and trust.
• Lead by Example Manage diverse and rewarding cases with autonomy, while modelling excellence and compassion.
• Cultivate Team Harmony Create an environment where colleagues feel heard, respected, and motivated to do their best work every day.

About You

You should have at least 4 years’ experience and be ready to step into meaningful leadership.

You combine strong technical capability with emotional intelligence — understanding that exceptional patient care begins with a supported team.

You:
