Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Choose one:
$40,000 Sign-On Bonus, or
Production-based compensation opportunity

Requirements
Required:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree
Current California veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one
Ability to obtain and maintain a DEA registration, as applicable
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop trusting relationships with clients and their pets
Ability to work collaboratively with veterinary technicians and support staff
Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care
Commitment to ethical veterinary medicine and excellent client service
Preferred:
Experience in small-animal general practice
Experience with routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry
Comfortable performing wellness examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Ability to manage medical and surgical cases with appropriate support
New graduates with strong clinical training and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
