The Animal Care Center is seeking a Full-time Client Service Representative to join our team!

Our ideal candidate:

• Self-motivated
• Works well on a team
• Organized and detail oriented
• Possesses superior customer service skills
• Loves pets and their people
• Must be able to lift 30lbs
• Basic math and writing skills

Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors, assistants and the clients
• Providing top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs
• Answer and triage phone calls from clients
• Schedule appointments and procedures, monitor client flow from check-in to check out
• Discharge patients
• Managing record and medication refill requests, client education
• assisting in keeping our hospital clean
