Description

Brookhaven Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team in Atlanta. This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinary receptionist or client service professional looking for a part-time schedule in a busy, team-focused veterinary hospital.

Pay: $15-$17/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and pets with a friendly, professional approach
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
• Handle patient check-in and check-out, invoices, and payments
• Maintain accurate client and patient information and veterinary medical records
• Coordinate patient flow with veterinarians and the veterinary medical team
• Answer client questions and provide information about veterinary services and preventative care
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service
• Maintain an organized and welcoming veterinary front desk
• Support daily hospital and reception operations
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of veterinary receptionist, veterinary CSR, veterinary client service, or veterinary front desk experience
• Experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, veterinary clinic, or similar medical setting
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy veterinary environment
• Comfortable working with clients, pets, and a veterinary medical team
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability for rotating weekend shifts

Preferred: Experience with veterinary practice management software such as Cornerstone, AVImark, or similar systems, plus experience with scheduling, medical records, payments, and client communication.

Schedule


Part-time hours based on hospital needs and candidate availability.
Rotating weekend shifts are required. Brookhaven Animal Hospital is closed on major federal holidays.
