About the Role
Veterinary Technicians at GSVServices are on the front lines of patient care, providing essential nursing support and assisting veterinarians with treatments and procedures.
On any given day, you will:
-Administer and monitor anesthesia
-Triage incoming patients
-Set up CRIs and perform medical math calculations
-Place IV catheters and manage fluid therapy
-Maintain accurate treatment sheets and anesthesia records
-Collect and prepare diagnostic samples
-Monitor and assess patient pain levels
-Advocate for hospitalized patients with compassionate care
-Educate clients on at-home care instructions
About You
We’re looking for candidates who are passionate, collaborative, and eager to grow.
Qualifications include:
CVT/LVT preferred, or minimum of 2 years of technician experience
Strong anesthesia monitoring skills
Experience processing laboratory samples
Working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and normal/abnormal ranges
Interest in mentoring and supporting assistants
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to teamwork and client service
Positive attitude, integrity, and a desire to learn
Compensation & Benefits
$23/hr – $34/hr depending on skills, experience, and credentials + shift differentials
